Aiden St. Delphi will do anything to save Alex. Even if it means doing the one thing he will never forgive himself for. Even if it means making war against the gods.

My rating for Elixir (Covenant, #3.5):
**You will not be lost if you read/begin Apollyon before Elixir, but the events/dialogue in Apollyon will impact you more if you read Elixir first. Make sure you read this after the first 3 books though.
Probably the best novella I've read.
Elixir was from Aiden's POV and I know I said Deity was the "Team Aiden" book, but really, THIS is the book that represents Team Aiden through and through!
It's called Elixir because Aiden had to make the choice of putting Alex on the elixir to temporarily break the connection between her and Seth and gain some time. I loved seeing Aiden's struggles and love for Alex first hand. His struggles and inner demons were heart breaking, but mainly, I just loved being in Aiden's head. I actually picked up Elixir when I was around page 100 in Apollyon and there were times that I gasped when I realized what something in Apollyon had been referencing to.
